Colombian Excelso medium roast, hand-roasted by Euan and Sara at Orkney Roastery.

A relatively slow roasting process was developed to achieve the best balance between bright acidity and sweetness, enhancing the famous chocolatey tones of this coffee. Roasted to the high side of medium to achieve a rounded, full bodied coffee to be enjoyed at any time of the day.
